People and opponents take one look at me and have one of two assumptions. First, they think I'm too old to fight, I can't keep up with younger opponents, I'm not as sexy or exciting as the girls dominating the sport today and there is no way I could beat a man. Second: They think it will be easy to get into the old womans panties, they find my curves and age a turn on and that I will just lay down for them, they think I am lonely and willing to do anything they want for attention. Well let me tell you, if these are your assumptions you are in for a long brutal night.

What I lack in youth and strength I make up for with something they don't: experience, life lessons and years of hard training. I know when to strike and when to wait. I don't waste energy or throw reckless punches. I'm patient, calculating, and surprisingly quick and agile for my age.

At 5'6" and 138 pounds, I'm not trying to be a supermodel. Fighting isn't about looking pretty or sexy or flexing large muscles. It's about being smarter, faster, and more ruthless when it matters. It's about breaking your opponent's confidence and breaking their will. You may think it will be easy to break me but as soon as you underestimate you have already started your path to losing.
