The_Dealer

COMBAT RULES:
—Opponents must make the logs of the combat public.
—Will only fight opponents of "Level 15" or below. (Come at me with statistically-unlikely characters to win, it's a lottery!)
—I only use as much AP (Min. 4), as my opponent has available.

SCENARIO:
The Dealer is meant to act like a Competitive Boss NPC. You may find it hard to hit him, but narratively your failed attacks may hit his Goons keeping you from him. — Narratively, the damage that The Dealer receives, is how much just he himself receives.

BACKGROUND:
At every UFL — a middle-aged mob boss known only as "The Dealer" is usually always present at the gatherings.
Straight out of a 1940s noire; he wears both a bowler har, and a pristine, well-maintained and authentic tuxedo from the 1940s. And is almost never seen without a Cuban-cigar between his fingers, from a factory that no longer exists.

Nobody knows who he was before the ring, but now he is known only for the ring.
Like a ventriloquist, he plays with the lives of failed gamblers, men he's coerced into giving up everything for the thrill of it, and then som. His mob of about a dozen men now serves him with undying loyalty. His gestures and mannerisms extend to them and vice-versa.

The dealer enjoys being ontop, and will see to it none challenges his authority. Neither the law, nor the other contestants. So trust you won't catch his ire... He doesn't let grudges willingly go.
