This one might be a little messier to implement. The basic idea is to give the option to start each session (PvE and possibly PvP) with a "Context" round. Basically, let the player(s) seed the chat with info like location and scenario before the AI takes hold and runs away with narration.
Might be easiest to add in a toggle to the Narration Style section or separate Narration Style presets altogether

This feels more like a per-room setting.
That said, you have the "Narrator info" field on your character - you can heavily skew it towards something there. You can mention something like:

# Critical info and limitations of this character
This character can only be seen in locations like... ...and never fights outside of it.
---
and scenario overrides as well, and things like that. May not work 100% of time, but it's something AI will take into consideration.
If that's not enough, then sure, I may add some kind of intro override to room creation form... maybe challenges as well idk.
