Are the NPC's supposed to be allowed to use private moves?

I dunno if this counts as a review, but bug seemed inaccurate. I only had to ask, because I noticed that Wildcard has one of my moves, that I set as private.
Also, it has THREE stun moves? Wtf?

Three stun moves might be a bit overkill. I think I spent 15 turns straight stunned before I just called it a draw.
Also, yeah. It seems to have a move from my second dude as well?

Stun mechanics is something that's being discussed in another feedback thread. It will be nerfed.
As for the moves - when creating new NPCs I manually assign what moves they can use. All I see in the admin UI is just a list of move names. For the wildcard I just tossed some of the moves I figured might work for it, and plan on tuning it later. Because a Wildcard can be anything, and thus it should either have generic moves, or move options that could work for any character, from brawler to magic caster. Ideally it should have it's own set of tailored moves, but I just did not have the time to sit down and design it thoroughly yet.
If there's any specific move you dont want it to use, I can remove it.

For the most part Wildcard is currently in more of a test stage, where I'm checking how it will work within exising systems, and if such "Hubs" is something that should be explored further.
