If I'm not mistaken, you can do multiple opponents / allies. Would be interesting to have a fight where you fight multiple opponents, or one where you can bring a friend.

This is planned, and the system is designed with support for this in mind, but there are currently a lot of issues both in design and implementation that need to be sorted before this works properly. But that's the goal :)
