Flat Heal and DoT break PS (huge exploit)

If you set a value for heal or DoT that's a flat number instead of a die roll (just "10" instead of "10d6"), then that still affects the move's PS, but gets treated as a 0 in combat. No healing, no DoT, no matter how big the number is.
This can be absolutely broken if you make a move that applies DoT to the user. Just give it some huge flat number for magnitude that drops the PS cost to 1. Since it won't actually deal that damage, it's basically infinite PS with no downside.
Also, that effect will still be considered to have a huge magnitude for stacking purposes. That means that it overrides other DoT effects, making them deal 0 damage. You're effectively immune to them until it wears off.
