Currently I enjoy the presentation of the UI in fights, but a part of me wishes there was a separate section for the "attacks" so it doesn't get all mixed up with the "RP"

An alternative could be a toggle that shows or hides system messages. It's both easier to implement and it is easier to understand in terms of chronological order. If you have to switch to a separate tab with just system messages and another tab with just narration\roleplay messages - you will have to rely on timestamps to figure out what happened when.

okay, yeah a toggle would be great - and agreed, it would help to not miss judge the timing of an action.
