So as a playful succubus, you can imagine I am rather lewd in the ring and I have to say, I absolutely love the system you made here. The custom status effects combined with rp elements mix perfectly. My only complaint with the system is that I wish there were more status effects that lingered after a match other then just being death. Perhaps maybe a morgue tab or something to see a history of deaths, who's currently dead, etc.... maybe even a shop around death items? Idk I'm just throwing stuff out there. I really like this and would love to see it grow!!! Take care~

I am all up for ideas like that, although I dont think I follow what exactly you are suggesting, can you elaborate please? :)

I was thinking of a system that would allow people to see what happened to fighters after their matches but then I realized that the news system is basically that. My bad....

Oh wait there was another thing. I was thinking of some status effects that could linger after a fight. Mainly as a joke, lewd reasons or as a rp thing. Like say a figgter jokes about raping and knocking someone up and now they have something showing that they did in fact knock up... if they lived. Though ngl I don't seeing that being practical, maybe as sort of a bonus opt-into thing?

When I designed the death system, where your profile locks up, I was exploring similar ideas. Basically - some things that persist for some time after the fight and acts as debuffs. Specifically the idea I considered was instead of 'death' to have injuries that cause debuffs if you go into other fights without healing them.
So idk, maybe? I can see 2 options here.
1. It could be a system similar to current Conditions in moves. Where you have a set of buffs and debuffs that you can assign to a move. Maybe it could be restricted to only working with Finisher or Fatality moves (so only trigger if applied to a low-hp or unconscious opponent). And you could also add your own title and description to the condition. Like "persistent condition" maybe, that clears off after X hours or days or IRL time.
2. It could be automated using AI, similar to how Custom Trophy "Scribe" works. An AI could analyse the end of the match and invent a condition that could linger on the defeated opponent, also limited by a list of exiting buffs\debuffs.
And I guess the main question is, however, should this just be cosmetics or something that affects game mechanics?

Honestly idk I'm just seeing what could work. I was thinking mostly cosmetic as anything else would be too complicated.
