Rejoining Public Rooms as a Participant/Observer

I might be new to public rooms and dumb but it would nice if users could switch their role in public rooms after joining for the first time. If you look in Ruby's room Death match with a vixen right now, there are 4 people observing (I'm one of them). It would be nice to be able to take her up on the match idea after popping in as an observer to see what's up and vice versa (Goes for any public room).
