DoT PS Calcuation needs an adjustement.

There's an issue where it feels like DoT PS calculation is inverse of what it should be.
Let's take an example of two moves, keeping it as simple as possible.
Move 1 - An Attack - Deals 6d4 - Cost 1 AP - No hit modifier - 15 PS
Move 2 - A DOT - Deals 2d4 DOT (no on hit damage to simplify calcuations) - Cost 1 AP - No hit modifier - 60 PS
This means that creating a DOT attack on average costs you 4 times more PS than a direct attack.
But a direct attack has more advantages: You get all the damage right now, it can't be cleansed, and can be used multiple times in a round where as a DoT won't stack.
Not sure on the math behind it, but generally DOTs should be cheaper.
If you look at all sorts of MMO designs, a DOT generally deals more damage for its mana cost / cast, but the tradeoff is that it's over a period of time, an investment.

Adding since I noticed I messed up the type, but the Move 2 would be for 3 turns ,in total dealing 6d4.
