XP Drain seems to have an interesting effect where using it with a negative can GIVE XP. Initially I thought this might be a bit nasty, but this does allow for the ability to 'teach' someone else mid-fight.

Further testing shows I'm wrong, odd, I thought it worked. Oh well.

Hmmm... interesting. Do we want that? :D I also tried to heavily limit it by making it's PS cost grow exponentially.

Right now it can be heavily abused to give yourself as much XP as you want, so I'd say nah. I think it shouldn't work with negative numbers.
You can make a move to give yourself -1000 XP Drain, which will instead give you 1000 XP.
Instead I think there should just be a button to do a 'training match' with someone, where even if you win, they get a chunk of XP based on the level difference or something.

I mean, losers already do get XP and Chits based on level difference

I just ran a few of tests.
Level 21 vs Level 1 - The level 1 got 94 XP 108 Chits from losing
Level 21 vs Level 31 - The level 31 got 126 XP 140 Chits from losing.
Level 31 vs Level 1 - The level 1 got 126 XP and 140 Chits from losing
Level 1 vs Level 1 - The level 1 got 21 XP and 35 Chits for losing
Interesting results, but seems that is the case! Nice!
