Buff for To-Hit / Increase to To-Hit Feedback

When facing very high AC enemies, you're left with a situation where you can only hit on a 19 or a 20. If you're also high AC, this ends up being just a toss of rolling misses several times in a row no matter what.

Even if you have a -AC debuff, you need to hit with it for it to work, so you'd still roll until eventually you hit.

My feedback here would be twofold:
1. Allow To-Hit to be buffed up. This could allow you to create a move like "Aim" (the name is reductive here, but the point is there) where you can give yourself +5 or so To-Hit for a turn in exchange for AP, or however you're willing to spare, so you can hit.

2. I think your chance To-Hit should increase every time you miss until you land a hit. This is to avoid Miss-Miss-Miss-Miss on both sides scenarios. This would also put some strategy where you'd want to miss a few times with low AP attacks and then use a higher AP attack to really score in a good hit, knowing you have higher chance to hit.

Also, sorry for that, seems I logged it as a 'Bug' unintentionally, meant it to be just some feedback on how the system is implemented.
