As described in UFL universe and background section, there are no limits in Underground Fight League. You do whatever you want to. Or whatever you need to entertain the crowd and score more points.
So when you enter a fight in UFL you should be ready, that all spoils go to the victor. You should submit to any kinks victor would like to include. If you have any kink limits - state them OOC before the fight.
All this said, death only happens within the scope of one particular fight. Each fight is it's own story, and if you fight with the same person again, you can just pretend that previous fight never happened. Maybe it's just a lookalike. Or just same actors in different shows. There is no need for profile play* or perma-death of your profile, however you can include it if you wish.
*profile play is displaying state of you character in your profile. For example, if it was killed in one RP, you put a note that this character is dead, which is referred to as perma-death of f-list character.
