Documentation: System Philosophy


I was following a few things here:

  1. Make a diceless combat system
  2. Keep it as simple as possible
  3. Allow people to RP fair fights as well as one-sided fights
  4. Allow them to have quick and random matchmaking
  5. Allow them to play anonymously or not

So it turned into: 1. Make it based on RPS system to avoid dice and randomness in moves. 2. RPS is still based on chance, like 100%, so I added some stat play into it

Now it needs to be tweaked and adjusted for better experience. It's tempting to add like 10 more moves and stats and turn it into this: http://www.umop.com/images/rps15.jpg

But it might be too complicated. I still don't want to make chess here. Because chess is a fun game, but it takes a lot of time and a lot of thinking. And people don't come here to engage in chess, they come here to have fun and to get horny or let their steam off. Chess does not make me horny :D
